The exchange went fine overall. It was maybe a bit slower than I expected, but everything worked out in the end.

My order status wasn’t updating, so I ended up messaging Modanisa support to see what was going on. They replied quickly, like the same day, and explained the situation in a simple way, which I appreciated.
The tracking still took another day to actually move, so I was still checking it, checking it again, all that. But at least they answered me and didn’t leave me waiting with no response. Overall, good service, just wish the updates were a little clearer from the start.

I found some really cute modest pieces here, and a few of them were definitely my style. But after looking around for a bit, a lot of it started to feel kind of the same, you know? I wish there were more fresh options or something a little different mixed in, because it has potential, but it just didn’t fully hit for me...

Overall, I’m happy with it. Most of the pieces give good coverage and the fit is decent, which makes me feel more comfortable wearing them. I just wish there were more size options, because when something fits just right, it really changes how confident you feel in it...

I ordered a few dresses from modanisa i kind of regret not trying them earlier. The fabric feels much better than I expected, not thin or cheap-looking at all. They also sit nicely even after washing, and the colors have stayed good so far. For the price, I’m really happy with them and I’ll definitely be ordering again.

The order tracking technically worked, but the updates were slow. It sat there for a few days with no movement, and then all of a sudden it showed the package was almost out for delivery. The package did arrive fine, so that part was okay, but I wish the tracking had been clearer. Also, there was no follow-up at all, which was annoying because I was left wondering what was going on.

I got my normal size, but weirdly one dress fit okay and the other one was too tight on me. The quality was fine, no real complaints there, just the size chart I wish was more accurate.
